1/2 and Full Marathon Preparation: Taking on the seemingly insurmountable challenge of a marathon can be difficult if you do it alone. Consider working with the marathon
group, in which you will be guided through a slow progression to your ultimate goal. This is for first-timers only and will be held periodically for 16 week sessions.
Beginners Running Group for Women: Learning how to begin a running program is much more pleasant in the company of other beginners. Enjoy the support of other women as you learn proper running form and work through a slow transition from walking
to running. Classes are 6 weeks long and begin in summer and fall.
Over 50 Training: Whether you are a new comer to fitness or are just returning to an active lifestyle, we can help you improve your overall fitness level. Develop healthy habits that will keep you active for years to come and help you to maintain an independent lifestyle. One-on-one or group sessions are available on request.
