Our Fees

Our initial consultation meeting is free. At this meeting we will discuss your fitness goals, whether they are for fitness, weight loss, muscle toning, or planning your first marathon, or a combination of any of these; we will design a program specifically for you.

Session fees are based on the number of sessions purchased. So if you anticipate a number of training sessions, it is more economical to pay ahead in order to receive the lowest rate.

     Partner Training is available and is    $15.00 less per session than the normal rates.And training with someone can also lead to success. That’s why we are starting the Training Buddy program.Ask about e-mail support programs to help with motivation.

Shorter training sessions are available at a reduced rate.

Paying one session (1 hour) at a time
$60.00 each  ($30.00 for 1/2 hour)
Training Packages:  
10 to 19 sessions
$55.00 each  ($27.50 for 1/2 hour)
20 or more sessions
$50.00 each  ($25.00 for 1/2 hour)
Dietary Consultations:
$60.00 each
