Lee Anne understands how hard it
is to commit to a fitness regimen, and to lose weight. She,
herself, lost 50 pounds, and has kept it off for over 8 years.
Even though she is a Personal Trainer, she often finds it necessary
to make the effort to workout. She builds
her client's programs to motivate and encourage.

Anne Siegmund founded Fitwise LLC in
2003 after
spending 13 years as a Registered Nurse and public health educator.
Always a fitness enthusiast, Lee Anne decided to become a fitness
trainer in order to share her love of fitness and to help others
to become more active.
Lee Anne is a Registered Nurse with a bachelor of science in
nursing from the University of Akron. She is certified as a
health/fitness instructor through the American College of Sports
Medicine, recognized as one of the top fitness and sports research
organizations in the United States. Lee Anne also holds a specialty
certification as a Resistance Training Specialist Master. There
are currently less than 35 persons worldwide holding this certification.
An RTS master is trained to understand how our bodies work while
doing resistance (weight/strength) training and how to apply
forces to the body to reduce injury risk and increase benefit.
It is Lee Anne’s desire to see all her
clients succeed. As a result, Fitwise offers a variety of training
modalities as well as various programs to meet the individual
needs of clients.
