Lee Anne understands how hard it is to commit to a fitness regimen, and to lose weight. She lost 50 pounds, and has kept it off for over 8 years. Even though she is a Personal Trainer, she often finds it necessary to make the effort to workout. She builds her client’s programs to motivate and encourage.
Lee Anne Siegmund founded Fitwise in 2003 after spending 13 years as a Registered Nurse and public health educator. Always a fitness enthusiast, Lee Anne decided to become a fitness trainer in order to share her love of fitness and to help others to become more active. Lee Anne has a bachelor of science in nursing from the University of Akron. She is certified as a health/fitness specialist through the American College of Sports Medicine one of the top fitness and sports research organizations.

Lee Anne also holds a specialty certification as a Resistance Training Specialist Master. She has a masters degree in Exercise Physiology and is currently pursuing a PhD. Lee Anne has trained clients with Parkinson’s, heart disease, pulmonary fibrosis, fibromyalgia, scoliosis and other health issues as well as young healthy people. It is Lee Anne’s desire to see all her clients succeed. As a result, Fitwise offers training that meets the individ ual needs of clients.
